i was almost going to write a good review, but then i remembered the absolutely filthy kettle and the very uncomfortable bed with a dip in the middle. it’s a shame they don’t offer any upgrades or complimentary gestures for such poor quality. i can’t believe how unprofessional the housekeeping staff is.
